Pros
Locations, growing company. Had a unique position; I was the first person to fill the spot of Project Analyst which in a few months decided it was not needed. As for the recruiting side- it seemed like a good, motivational atmosphere. Training is great.
Cons
Depending on what position and department- but I can speak for the consulting and recruiting- there is a lack of communication sometimes in upper management.
