Unable to recognize a single pro.

Cons

You are a number to them. They look at you for numbers. once they have you, they give you an authentic silent treatment. You will never hear back from them. I NEVER want to hear the word judge group again.

Pros

The "Pros" of this company are not as little as many people have detailed on here. Instead of taking your frustrations out online you should have concentrated more on your work. As long as you are trying and working hard the management will have your back. I lost 5 contractors in a week and wasn't really making the company any money and I was told by the President of the Healthcare Division "I know you've been having a rough time as of late, but know that as long as you are trying I will ALWAYS have your back." End of story and all you need to know about the man, he's a stand up guy who demands a lot but he's in your corner. The recruiters there have used some profane language as detailed in another review on here, but since it's not a daycare of 5 year olds it's not an issue, I guess you were looking for Paradise. Ha Overall the pros will far out weight the cons if you're dedicated.

Cons

For me the cons were "competition." I'm competitive but not with my fellow employees and that's not always good in this job. I was a push over several times. Also getting dressed business proffessionql Monday through Thursday kind of sucks, especially since most of our clients or contractors never see us from the neck down.

Pros

- Flexibility when it comes to your hours and freedom to manage your workday as you please- within reason...because your director sits in Denver (the Austin office doesn't have a local director) - Fun / Young culture - Opportunity for advancement, because the Austin office is so new. - Base pay is comparable/ sometimes higher than other agencies in Austin, TX

Cons

- The comp plan sucks (commission pay out is way lower than other recruiting agencies... by far!) - No hope for a junior/ mid level Recruiter that has little experience managing their work day... because they throw you to the wolves with very little, if any training, and hardly any ongoing communication from your "directors" that sit in the Denver office. - This office is very new to Austin... less than a year old. Only 1 client to recruit for in Austin, currently. No processes, procedures, organization, direction set in place yet. - The company overall has a "frat boy" vibe.... BIG drinkers!
