      Pros

      Great place for an entry level recruiter to gain some experience. Staff is pleasant, everyone works together for the most part

      Cons

      Hours are long! Executive Management and Directors never put in the same hours as their employees. Extremely micromanaged.Poor Benefits, Low base salary. Everyone is related to the owners or married a family member.

      Pros

      Great company if you have a strong desire to control your own success and income. If you work hard and create some success, you have a great amount of flexibility. Not just a number like some of the competition, but it is a sales organization and with that your numbers are very important.

      Healthcare benefits are expensive.

      good pay, benefits, good staff and understating staff. well compensated for time spent . only wish i had more opportunities to make use of. top of line pay for job i did.

      snce i only tele commuted to most of the time, i really dont know much cons so far all my demands and needs were accepted and satisfactory.
