Pros

Although they do not even deserve 1 star. The only Pro I have is -- Good for Entry Level out of college, get your experience and leave!!

Cons

Micromanaged 11-12 hour shift days, 5 days a week. Expected to keep up with work after hours Very short lunch break for the long day No celebrations or rewarding of employees for hard work and effort Full of Politics - everyone is either family, had an affair with the family, best friends or Frat Brothers that run the company. Healthcare - constantly bullying one another. Filled with Racist, Sexist, Manipulative jokes and individuals. General Counsel would have flipped if she was ever over their listening to the guys in Sales. The management only cares about themselves and the pay you make them. They ask for medical notes if you are sick, to see if you are lying. Talk about HIPAA? Judge claims to be HIPAA certified - but they do not follow it. Social Security numbers and packets of Nurses information sit in or on top of peoples desks. The "Shred Bin" is a trash can -- so anyone can take that and have birthdays, Socials, Passport info, birth certificate, etc. Healthcare has the lowest salaries and the most stuff to deal with. They preach opportunity, but there is none - unless you are a man who works strictly on the SVP jobs, you will go nowhere. The internal team, gets paid nothing. Awful base and the worst opportunity. 4-5 recruiters filling only 25 jobs, imagine that fight. Internal is forced to keep a specific image for the offices - "must be a hot girl, big rack" -- "cannot be black/African American" -- "must be blonde hair" -- "no girls allowed" (and it goes on) IT - filled with frat boys who almost failed out of college. some are successful, but the rest -- drunk the entire time at work. they drink while at work, which may seem fun - but there is sensitive information they are deal with and it can seriously damage a lot of people. If you are an auditor looking at this, you should investigate that as well... Audit and Security could be a good opportunity to investigate! Lastly, BENEFITS ------- AWFUL, not even worth looking at.

Pros

Beers in the office, lunches together, great group of people Early release on Fridays Company restaurant trips and Christmas parties Commission $$ is decent, especially on perm deals

Cons

Recruiters are judged by the wrong metrics, phone calls are more important then revenue. Top performers are singled out in company wide emails for not making enough calls. Sales is brutal, either close a deal in 3-4 months or your gone.
