Pros

There’s not any pros however there were some about a year ago before they brought in a new director which has forced an unbelievable rate of turnover.

Cons

Upper management is clueless and they all seceretely dislike each other depending on if your on Big Marty or M3 regimen. Stay far away from this company. Big on micromanagement especially in Dallas office. New director was bad. Recruiting team is okay.

Pros

My coworkers and that’s about it

Cons

Terrible, terrible place to work at. Save yourself the stress and never work for this company. It’s a boys club, terrible management, TERRIBLE benefits, super cut throat, and completely in office. I was micromanaged every second of everyday and if you try to speak on what’s happening, they will do nothing. You think they would because the amount of turnover at this company is hilarious. Please trust me and never work here. You will be much happier somewhere else.

Pros

people you work with on the same level are great, especially those that start around the same time as you. met some of my best friends here

Cons

expect to not be taken seriously, your feedback towards managers get sent to a black hole only for you to be told how you're not doing your job correctly, and bonuses are only paid to the top 2% of the company
