Working in person every day is a good way to meet new people. Boss was friendly but the higher up management is not.

Cons

The work environment is toxic. Our jobs were threatened every day and we rarely, if ever were appreciated for doing something well. You will be underpaid, and undervalued for the work you do. Many days I felt like I worked really hard to recruit people to whatever job I was working that day to later find out that the job had been closed for days or weeks.

Can only share my experience. Fired within my first week for having “distractions” aka I am a single parent and my kid was sick my first week and got me sick too. Don’t bother coming here if you’re looking for work life balance or any kind of human understanding. Also, the tech recruiters regularly pass out beers to eachother in the office for “motivation” to produce and make calls. It was Michelob ultras at 1:30pm on Wednesday 4/12, judge can check their cameras to confirm. Culture here is not good and the management is worse.

I've been in the professional workforce more than 20 years and this was, by far, the worst experience I ever had. Quit on first day. I was absolutely mortified. Laptop didn't work when sent and the IT person yelled at me for it. My "manager" said, "Figure it out." So I returned it with no packing materials. Just threw it in the return box, down the stairs and told the delivery driver to feel free to run it over. And he laughed.
