Pros

*onboarding and initial training great. Once completed it’s sink or swim *enjoyable office dynamic

Cons

*paying for parking *little to no hybrid work opportunity (constantly changing standards) *job security low, as your position is always threatened for budgeting, I mean “performance” *management lacks leadership skills *little to no direction. Feedback only given if it reflects poorly on direct manager *constant change of metrics and work from home standards * there’s a clear reflection of the lack of leadership with such a high turnover. * this company makes you feel like the staffing industry is a scam *the CRM could use an update * there’s a lot of talk about diversity, however, it’s all talk. There are very few people of color and very few women in executive leadership.

Pros

I cant think of any pros other than training

Cons

Complete boys club with a toxic grind culture. You are expected to be in office from 7:30 am to 6 pm each day. Even if you're a top biller, this does not matter. Lots of politics and favoritism.
