Thank you for your review. Judge works hard to put our employees in a situation where they can succeed. This includes a training program for all new hires and access to managers who are industry veterans.

Pros

It's a job that gives you a paycheck.

Cons

No room for growth. Can be very fratty or very exclusive if you are in the inner circle.

Pros

Not like most companies in todays climate who are obsessed with political correctness and reprimanding anything someone finds offensive, it’s an old school culture that allows people to be themselves, not buttoned up and stiff at all times. Lots of fun events and social gatherings inside and outside of work if your inclined. Company has seen lots of growth. Some great things about this place but no chance they can keep moving upwards of was ithout a major overhaul

Cons

Can’t speak to the sales side of the business, back office operations Leaders don’t place value on the functions supporting the business and will be overly price conscious with the few talented employees they have outside of revenue production, there is a severe lack of competence at the managerial level steaming from execs hiring years or Mid level management that are laughably unqualified for the positions they hold, no degrees or certifications - all promoted from within and won’t be able to find a comparable job outside of the company -which makes them very loyal. These managers, like the leader who promoted them, fear hiring those who can expose this and avoid it. Manual processes aplenty, lots of opportunity to make improvements but decisions are largely driven by emotions of those who work from a place of fear
