Pros

You can make a ton of money. There is no cap to income. Many top earners make 200k a year or more Once you are established, you can set your own hours. 2 incentive trips per year. Once you are established, you have a great deal of latitude about how you work your desk. Fun work environment!

Cons

Benefits are a little pricey and no 401k match.

TERRIBLE

Pros

Absolutely nothing to list here.

Cons

There are so many to list but let's start with a couple. The cut throat mentality is astonishing. They post daily call numbers, inbound and outbound. As a new recruiter you feel shammed. There is no help from piers, at least in the St. Louis office. Training is negligible at best! They make you pay for parking at the office which by the way the employees did not pick the location. This place is the worst company I had ever worked for. STAY AWAY!

We encourage you meet with your manager and discuss your feelings with them. Open, respectful communication is key and always welcomed.
