Pros

Judge will always allow people to personally and professionally develop Judge will give you the tools need to ultimately success Judge offers opportunity for those that truly want it Management can truly make a difference when they are collaborative and aligned The loss of a strong leader, will likely allow other leaders for the future come to the wood works.

Cons

There are some scarred and very tainted people in senior management that have caused discomfort amongst their people. The offices need to be united and given the reasons to work together versus work against each other. There has to be a new synergy to unite those that are not united.

Pros

Well built company from an infrastructure, technology (although they do not supply anyone with laptops- Even Salespeople), and reporting perspective. Solid training program (although a complete waste of $ because of their terrible retention rate, so they are basically training good people for their competition). 2 Presidents club trips a year.

Cons

Management has no outside experience other then Judge. This is not the company that Marty Judge started back in 1970. If you have the opportunity to work in New England or New Jersey this might not pertain as the management in those areas have been on board for awhile and are solid. . At first glance the company looks solid, as they spend money on office's and a gorgeous HQ....but it is designer lipstick on a pig. If you have a family, do not put them through this. Looking back, my experience with these guys is now comical.
