If you are performing well, you will not be micro-managed. The harder you work, the more money you will make. There is a lot of flexibility but there is also a lot of accountability.

Cons

There is not always going to be a lot of options for career growth.

Pros

Management is fair, fun and committed. The environment is relaxed and friendly - everyone always has a smile on their face. The Judge Group values ethics, allows you to put your family first, and rewards hard work.

Cons

The benefits package that is offered is ridiculously expensive and not all that great. I find the pay to be lower here than I have encountered elsewhere, but that is very reliant upon your position. The salespeople have an awesome opportunity to make a ton of money and are rewarded with trips, cash incentives and plenty of other bonuses.
