Pros

Work hard play hard if you are meeting your production numbers. Flexibility if you have the right manager. Good money if you get to work a good account. Two company trips a year for meeting goals.

Cons

Micromanaging is the new strategy across the board. Management is stuck in the old school recruiting days and doesn't understand how it is today. Executives have completely lost touch with their employees. Worst benefits in the industry. No matching 401k, crazy expensive health insurance, low PTO, no work from home, etc. Constantly changing compensation plans and not for the better. Lack of communication is a huge issue. Everything is done on the fly Upper management is primarily family and not promoted based on merit. People hang around for a long time when they are not productive because they either know someone higher up or have dirt on them.

Thank you for your review. The management team meets regularly to evaluate the organization for the long and short term and to review our roadmap for the year and adjust where necessary. Our managers are all industry veterans who understand what it takes to succeed as a recruiter. They blend a mix of established recruiting techniques with modern approaches, such as using A.I. and Machine Learning to match candidates to open positions. It is upon a history of success and merit that our employees are able to advance their careers at Judge. Pros

Employment after leaving your permanent employer (sarcastic)

Cons

Lies You lose your recruiter as soon as you start Myself and a lot of colleagues left permanent employment for this and to be lied to about the length of the assignment The benefits are horrendous, who could afford such heinous prices smh! This company has to do better because the background check was also horrific literally a nightmare and what company uses a background company who uses another background company? Why is it necessary to go back 10 years for the background but not for the company itself? What in the world does 10 years ago matter then if the company is closed they expect you to either still have check stubs, tax papers, or get something from the IRS. That is so ridiculous what does that really have to do with the present? I would never advise anyone to go through the judge because that extent was not worth the agony, waiting, pay and they are VERY unorganized. The reps do not do a good job of communication. The CEO, I am sure he has to be aware. I put in my notice for my previous employer only for the Judge to lie to me and tell me that the company I was to start with only did their training every other week (which by the way was not true) and that hindered me for a whole month after I was supposed to start so therefore I had no way to pay my bills and rent. I felt like I needed to be compensated for that and for time wasted honestly.

Thank you for your review. Our recruiters do their best to remain available once a candidate is placed. They understand the importance of establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with all contractors. Our employee background checks are par for the healthcare industry where employees are dealing with sensitive patient information. If you have any other comments, please feel free to reach out to us at customerservice@judge.com.

Pros

This is a 5 star company with a great reputation and history of success and stability. They offer competitive salary, 401K, and the chance to go on 2 company vacations per year if you hit certain goals.

Cons

Recruiters are micromanaged often and 50 calls per day is pushed hard. Recruiters get paid on half of the GP instead of the whole like most companies. The recruiting leadership is very poor in Dallas and several people have left because of it .
