All new employees are provided with training, guidance, and support needed to perform their jobs. Management is readily available to assist all employees and act to help them succeed.

      Cons

      Their recruitment team is pathetic. Most of them work offshore hiding their location. They will submit candidates for positions but never have the ethics to follow up for updates.
