Pros

This really took some thought. Decent pay for the entry level looking to get into recruiting. The initial training isn’t bad for someone brand new but make sure you have a caring manager who wants you to succeed. Get a little experience under your belt then leave. Much better staffing firms out there to learn and grow with.

Cons

Worst company culture I’ve ever seen. Management is extremely rude and condescending to employees and this is widespread throughout the company. Very low morale in office. Majority of coworkers are looking to leave. Very high turnover…higher than industry average. Nepotism is rampant.

Pros

Coworkers are nice, thats it

Cons

Benefits are TERRIBLE, you get no coverage and pay a ton If you are a women dont work here. Its not beneficial to you if you ever will have children, you lose all your pay while out on maternity leave because you dont get any commission pay, its actually insane. They have been laying people off left and right, the severance is a joke, you dont even get a term letter or anything just a phone call saying you are done They laid off two women who just had a baby within a year.... Executive team has these all team calls and its a bunch of positive BS, they never want to admit when things are bad

Pros

Virtual work, flexible schedule, though communication is poor and not enough hours. The interview process was nice,

Cons

Management is too busy to onboard a new employee properly. Clear project expectations need to be reviewed and documented and when you hire a new project manager make time for them and communicate expectations.
