Inappropriate CEO

Pros

Ability to increase your salary based off your spread. Happy hours

Cons

Hostile environment. Everyone is worried about who’s doing what instead of their own performance. CEO is extremely inappropriate to female staff. Most just brush it under the rug. If you have connections you will advanced, but if you have none expect to not go far in the company. Expect to work after hours/basically on call for your nurses, etc.
