Pros

You get a pay check every two weeks, and they give you a half day before a holiday.

Cons

The hiring process is extremely drawn out, we're talking weeks to months. The executives (especially the people who are in charge of the assistants) are condescending, unreliable, offer little to no training, and could not be more unpleasant to work for. I rarely ever write reviews but don't want to see someone, even someone just out of college, wast their time working for these people. It was the worst seven months of my life, I came home everyday crying, either because one of the executives had said something completely out of line, or because the people I was supposed to report to were no help. It was as if they enjoyed seeing you struggle. I would NOT, advise working for this company. If I could take back the time I worked there I would in a second.

Pros

-Judge is a decent place to kick start a career in the industry -If you love competition, especially internally, this is the place to be -Training is intense and informative. You'll get the necessary tools and advice to move forward. -Corporate office is very nice -Phase trips are usually to great resorts -My direct manager is understanding and helpful, and not a micromanager (but I can't say the same for others) -Decent tools for your recruiting desk (multiple job boards and the ats is robust) -Young and vibrant workforce (if you're okay with it and can handle it)

Cons

-"Work / life balance" is NOT great. You are expected to work 11-12 hours per day, then go home and do some more work. Barely any time for friends and family. If you value your life outside of work, then please stay away from this company. Not saying that any job in today's world is, and should be, a cozy 9-5, but when you're putting in 60+ hours per week, that is very draining, especially to a family-centered person, or a millennial trying to have some form of a life. -Vacation and personal time off? Good luck getting that approved. You'll be lucky to be granted permission for a long weekend getaway with your friends or family. If you do, you'll be worried and feel 'guilty' that you are not at work. -Pay structure isn't the best in the staffing industry (most of the company is on a draw, if not all, but can't speak for any of the outside offices). Benefits are painfully bad. If you have a spouse who works, go on theirs. -The "advancement" that is within the company is only structured on "how much money you make." Very little roads to take. From what I can currently see anyways. -Fear tactics to perform well. At the very end of the day, you as the recruiter/account manager, are dealing with human beings, not products. -Occasional "call outs" from the CEO to the entire company in sub-emails of employees who are not performing great at the present time.

Pros

Great Group of people. Everyone is young and loves to go out with each other.

Cons

The pay is absurdly low and the comission structure is no where near competitors in the area. They need to rethink the pay to keep people around.
