Pros

Their goals and missions are clear cut. The Judge Group shows you exactly how to obtain your goals by being very transparent with metrics and expectations. The culture is fun and very "work-hard, play-hard".

Cons

there are certain people in designated leadership roles who are absolutely not leaders. It is very apparent that the people at the top only look out for themselves and their financial gain instead of investing in their teams and making their entire office successful.

Thank you for reviewing The Judge Group. We strive to provide our employees with the information, training, and support they need to thrive and grow. The members of our management team are staffing industry veterans. These folks act as guides for their employees and frequently take on a mentor role. Pros

I really enjoyed working with all the people in my office.

Cons

Strict working hours, 8-6 every day with no flexibility. If you leave early for a doctors appointment, etc expect to come in early the next day. No culture. Just work work work. All that matters is getting your next hit. You can make money but you can't grow your career here.

Thank you for your review. We try to put out employees in a position to succeed and help them learn the ins and out of the business. In this industry there are times when working long hours are necessary in order to accomplish your goals and to put you on a path to success. This can be especially true when you’re first starting out and need to learn the ropes. At Judge, we provide many opportunities for advancement and are regularly looking for people to step up into expanded roles - either in their current team or in offices we have opening around the country. Should you need anything in the future, please feel to contact us at customerservice@judge.com.

We appreciate you taking the time to review The Judge Group. As you mentioned, we do have a generous commission structure where employees are able to earn uncapped commissions. Many of our management staff have worked their way up through the ranks allowing them to understand the daily challenges of the business and have acted as support or mentors for others in the office. We encourage you to contact HR to further discuss your claims.
