      * Company culture. * Huge opportunity to make a lot of money if you put the work in and stay focused. Aka “Work Hard | Play Hard” environment. * You’re in control of your own paycheck. * Perks - Bi-annual trips to resorts. * Irvine office is run by a Director who posses all the qualities a great leader should have: Motivating, inspiring, passionate, and encourages growth. I truly loved working at the Irvine office! It’s an extremely rewarding and exciting career.

      Cons

      You have to work hard. But that’s the nature of the recruiting industry. And why wouldn’t you work hard?! There can be a lot of positives and negatives all in one day. You deal with unexpected problems, but you have to know what the negatives are and form successful strategies to deal with them. And of course stay positive!

      Pros

      -It is a fun environment once you get out of school ( also a con) -Good experience to see if you want to stick with recruiting or go into sales.

      Cons

      -Fratty environment to say the least. Definitely not for the feint of heart if they want a politically correct office environment. -Lack of personal relationships between account managers and hiring managers. Most roles all go through a VMS system with little feedback.
