The Judge Group reviews

Wow. I haven’t worked at judge in a couple of years, but still find myself getting PTSD at my new job from Judge. The impossible metrics, the horrible people, and the lack of self-awareness is simply mind boggling. No one cares about you or your well being, you’re just another number making money for them. How do you care so little about people that work for you? How do you not take your reviews/employee feedback into consideration? I do not recommend that any one work here, for every bad review they receive, they have one of their employees make a good one so it doesn’t seem as bad as it is. Look at the negative reviews vs the positive, more thought and feelings are in the negatives, because that’s the actual reality of working for this company.
