      on the supplier list for many companies across finance pharma and media Good if this is your first job as a recruiter

      Cons

      Unprofessional, they have a core related (family) group of employees who are treated different and are always put ahead of others pay is low and average employment is 6-12 months for new recruiters

      Pros

      Competitive salary, friendly staff, has a open line of communication with contractors.

      Cons

      No vacation or holiday compensation packge. Paid at a flat hourly rate for hours worked (no overtime pay).

      Fair pay practices and"nice" recruiters.

      Cons

      No support once you start contract. It appears one department does not talk to other departments so you wind up re-sending information several times. Not much work for CST's.
