Pros
As a technical recruiter I have worked for some of the top technical staffing firms including Teksystems and Kforce. The best thing about Judge is the overall atmosphere of a family owned business vs a publically traded company. I am just as successful here as with those other firms yet really value the team work family vibe. I don't think I could ever work for a publically traded staffing agency again! Judge sets progressive goals that allow even brand new recruiters to realistically make one of the two yearly incentive trips! Top Managers are really in touch with the day to day people and are not some far off name that no one sees.
Cons
While the incentive trips are nice and attainable, the base pay is less competitive. The great thing is there is no draw! Base salaries are low in comparison to other IT staffing agencies. In addition the vacation and sick time plans are not as generous.
