Good pay. 9-5. Management were great people. Everything you need provided for you. Great tech systems that make the job easier.

Cons

Looking for a needle in a haystack. Training could be slightly better. Recruiting wasn’t for me. I’m more sales. So the position just didn’t fit my skillset.
