Opportunity to make a lot of money, get out what you put into it. No need for any industry experience to be very successful. Hard workers make it.

Cons

Horrible leadership, especially in healthcare. What have you done for me lately attitude about everything, chained to the desk 7:45am-5:30pm. No flexibility.
