      Great place - Office could use a boost...

      Pros

      Strong autonomy from corporate, pretty much lets you do your job, strong ATS and training courses.

      Cons

      Base pay is low, 401k and benefits leave a lot to be desired, company revolves all benefits around sales, has very little respect for recruiting.

      Decent salary plus commission. Able to make money pending your account/relationships.

      Cons

      Horrible company culture overall and they don’t take care of their consultants.
