      Pros

      Great company, great culture, and hard work is definitely rewarded. You get out what you put in. Once you are up and going, this can be a great career. But you can't be afraid to work. Trips are awarded to high performers. There is constant coaching and training and growth opportunities are endless. When you do something great, there is recognition all the way up to the CEO.

      Cons

      Long hours, and the work is hard, but if you put in your time in the beginning, you will enjoy work later on. Its a grind, but anything that can compensate you in the 6 figures isn't going to be easy.

      Pros

      Very personal and down to earth people here. I engaged with Judge right after I was laid off from another job and they provided good opportunities and coaching along the way to landing a great contracting opportunity. Provided help and friendly interactions through every step of the process. Very transparent about their company and what I was getting into.

      Cons

      The bombardment of emails when you forget to submit a timesheet, which really isn't that bad in the big picture.
