Beers in the office, lunches together, great group of people Early release on Fridays Company restaurant trips and Christmas parties Commission $$ is decent, especially on perm deals

Cons

Recruiters are judged by the wrong metrics, phone calls are more important then revenue. Top performers are singled out in company wide emails for not making enough calls. Sales is brutal, either close a deal in 3-4 months or your gone.

Pros

Great work environment with a large family feel. The CEO is a great guy to work for and he makes an effort to meet each of employees personally. Vacation is plentiful for a good work life balance.

Cons

Horrible 401K, the medical benefits are overly expensive and there is no real opportunity for training and advancement.
