Pros

Coworkers are nice, thats it

Cons

Benefits are TERRIBLE, you get no coverage and pay a ton If you are a women dont work here. Its not beneficial to you if you ever will have children, you lose all your pay while out on maternity leave because you dont get any commission pay, its actually insane. They have been laying people off left and right, the severance is a joke, you dont even get a term letter or anything just a phone call saying you are done They laid off two women who just had a baby within a year.... Executive team has these all team calls and its a bunch of positive BS, they never want to admit when things are bad

Pros

Judge has many different departments, managers, etc. just like most well established companies. So, your mileage may vary depending upon your manager, etc. But, overall, I've personally found my division (Judge Consulting) to be a rewarding and very positive experience. Does Judge expect a lot from you? Yes. Does Judge recognize folks for their efforts? Absolutely, via salary bumps, bonuses, reward trips, team builder events, etc. Do I work with a lot of smart and talented folks? Definitely. Do I find the work challenging? Extremely. Do I feel Judge is fair (salary, hiring practices, opportunity, etc.)? Yes. Do I think Judge is a good fit for everyone? No. We're all in search of a niche where we can thrive and succeed. And, sometimes things just aren't a good fit. I get it - been there. And, while a majority of the reviews that I've read about Judge are positive, there are a few that seem to somewhat misrepresent the Judge that I know. So, I just wanted to share some additional perspective to help provide a more comprehensive view.

Cons

Judge is not going to be a universal fit for all folks. But, it's been and will continue to be a great career for many.
