Strong product, design & engineering talent hindered by weak leadership

Strong and smart ICs in engineering, product and design Established business in wedding industry Challenging problem space, lots of potential to become a standout leader

Cons

Weak and immature leadership at exec level. Lofty goals that are not supported by investments. For example- saying that we need to be thinking mobile first but at the same time not having enough native app devs. Poor benefits. Weird in office push for certain teams while most of the company stays remote. No value of people's time and boundaries.

Great culture and perks overshadowed by last-minute demands

great culture and perks, you get to work with intelligent and friendly people, good policies and hybrid work enviornment.

Cons

last minute rushes, marketing is streched too thin, director/VP level will ask for last minute numbers almost every day - they blame it on CEO one person is expected to give an output which is supposed to be done by a team of 3-4 people which makes almost every day super hectic and you often feel burnt out
