Pros

I have worked at a lot of tech companies and I can truly say you are able to make a direct impact here. Within six months, I have been given the autonomy to rebuild my team, redesign multiple platforms, and go after the things that truly matter for our brand. People here are also incredibly kind and normal. If you have a great idea, you are empowered to go after it. It's a well-known 30-year old brand that also works like a start-up - a really rare combo.
