Pros

Pretty centers, somewhat clean, well meaning staff and management. Wonderful for infants.

Cons

OMG I don't know where to start. The greed. Greed and children don't mix. Bumping/combining all to cut costs. State issues with licensing. Hard to go on interviews with this on my resume, to be completely honest. The curriculum has HUGE holes in it. HUGE. Like--umm, I don't know--RHYMING? Scope and sequence? Have no business in the industry.

Pros

There are genuinely no pros working for this company.

Cons

You will be told you will be paid a certain wage and when you look at your first check they will have been paying you a lower hourly rate. They are not in ratio with student to teacher often. They are understaffed and will not hire more staff. If you have a second job just quit the second job because they will pester you about your second job conflicting with their schedule only because they want you to be available anytime. They have mandatory work meetings once a month in the evening and if you cannot attend you will be written up. 3 write ups means you are fired so if you have a second job just quit it because they don’t care how you will survive. There is zero work life balance they text you at obscene hours during the night. Their management is all 25 and under. Very unprofessional it feels like kids are running the place and often times I had to manage things they should have done myself. It’s literally a SH*T show and don’t try calling HR because they will not return your calls. The entire company is horrible as a whole.

Pros

None to think of! Stay away

Cons

Low pay, no help from corporate, no help from the franchiser, constantly telling you to get more families in when you have no staff so then it becomes an unsafe environment. Unable to make any updates to the building, can’t order new toys or supplies. Forget about having personal appointments you can’t have any personal life. No familiar or dr needs. You must be over worked and under paid. I worked well over my salary. Infact the week they put me on salary I have worked 20 hours over time and at that time it was hourly. Then I was told “effective immediately I am put on salary” loosing an extra 300.00.
