Pros

I hated every second of working here

Cons

This is the worst company. $35,000 to work 55+ hour weeks, no training, no clear responsibilities.

Pros

The children, the families and some of the teachers.

Cons

Management only cared about tuition and bringing in new kids aka money. They overwork employees and don’t respect the children or their families.

Pros

The old Coworkers , Director and Asst. Director are the best, especially the ones that has been there 3+ years. Majority of the good teachers left, so not sure if this is the case anymore. But The Director and Asst. Director are the best. It is not their fault that the teachers are leaving, it's the owner.

Cons

No Benefits what so ever, You will never get a raise EVER, even if you been there over 5 years. YOU GET NOTHING!!!, No longevity Incentives (You can be there for 5 plus years and you will still get the same benefits a two year employee gets) And they care to change it, even if you suggest it.) Not sure about the new workers. Alot of the awesome teachers have left because of the owner, he don't care nothing about them or pay them what they deserve. That center never closed during the pandemic, and the employees were straight rock stars taking care of them kids during that time, and he didn't do anything outside of the State Bonuses he was supposed to give them, and he almost tried to keep that from them too.
