They Are So Mean

-Pay was Great for the field you are in

Cons

-The teachers are so mean to each other -The teachers talk to parents about drama going on in the school -Director sees the drama and refuses to get involved because her feelings get hurt -Corporate will not investigate problems they just believe the word of randos -Work LONG hours with no breaks

Cons

Downsides, no direct deposit, lied to about when PTO and holiday pay would start. I was told 90 days for it to be changed to a year. CONSTANT visits from state departments and DCS.
