Pros

Might be good for parents. And good for some employees/teachers. Not good if you want structure in your life.

Cons

Very stressful environment. Kids being moved back and forth. Shortage of help, teachers go home late everyday.

Pros

You learn to be thankful for every other early learning center you worked at previously.

Cons

Franchisees have zero experience or history working with children. This is an investment and money making franchise. Children and staff are not the number one priority.

Pros

The families and staff members.

Cons

Owner only cares about making money and not about the school, teachers, or students. It’s extremely unfortunate and sad to see. The budget is also extremely low for teacher supplies and supplies for students. The owner also had 0 empathy or sympathy for the workload that was expected to be done while being in the classroom full time. Owner makes inappropriate comments.
