Unprofessional, Inconsistent, and Unorganized

Pros

Working with children and developing relationships with families and staff members. That is all that I can think of.

Cons

The job is supposed to come with a quarterly bonus, and even though the school has doubled since I've been there, I have yet to see one. You will work over 50 hours a week with no availability for overtime because you're salary. It's not what you know, it's who you know. There is a huge lack of organization and very little to no training.

Working hands on with the children and knowing your helping to shape their childhood and are teaching them material that will prepare them for elementary school.

Cons

Working with all women, there tends to be small disagreements and childish behavior that happen around the workplace on a daily basis.

Working with great children and families Opportunity for growth Support and training from main office I feel appreciated and they care about our center

Cons

No 401 K Turnover is quite high, but it is hard in this industry I dont have anything but these.
