Pros

Positive work environment, owners that actually care about the children and don't only care about money, parents are happy with the teachers, coworkers treat everyone with respect

Cons

Director was sometimes challenging to deal with however we all got along in the end.

Pros

Sadly there are more cons. Wish I could think of some pros. Very stressful and unprofessional place to work. Owners care nothing for the children, only money!

Cons

The owners deny vacations or time off. They argue in front of staff and children. Owner talks down to employees and is disrespectful. Allows certain staff to get away with breaking rules with no consequences. Very stressful place to work
