      -Clean -Great Curriculum -Bright and Colorful -Teachers are amazing -Classrooms are clean and maintained daily -Lots of Structure

      Pros

      I was a lead preschool teacher for a 4-5 year old classroom. The directors at the time were absolutely wonderful. Supportive of all of the teachers. At the time I was there, ownership wasn't ideal but I did love working there. The main reason I left was because the commute was too far for me daily.

      Cons

      One con I would point out from time at TLE was that it was sometimes a hassle to request time off.
