Pros

The kids and parents. That is literally the only pro.

Cons

High turnover rate because they literally could care less about their employees. Low pay regardless your education/experience. Rude management/corporate. Do not care about kids well being.... It's only about $$ for them. No benefits. I can't say enough bad things. Job seekers beware!

Pros

Truly one of the most awesome daycares in the area! The daycare itself is clean beyond belief. The halls and all the classrooms are lined with the beautiful works created by the children. The teachers put a lot of time and energy in showcasing the achievements of their young students!

Cons

I was only there for a short period of time

Pros

Enjoyed watching the kids grow and learn, and the excitement they had for new activities. Most coworkers were very nice; felt like a close group of friends. Part of the management team was awesome and really did their best to support staff in every way possible. A great Monday through Friday job; it was nice to have weekends off.

Cons

Sometimes it felt like management was hiring girls just to fulfill ratios, and the new hires weren't always a good fit with the children/duties. Did not always have the supplies we needed to carry out daily curriculum, or was unable to have access to materials in time. Not a company where there is much room for advancement for teachers, and raises are scarcely given. Though health insurance is available it isn't really discussed, as staff is not paid enough to cover the costs.
