Pros

If you love kids, that's the only good thing about this daycare center, but factor in all the cons and it's not worth it.

Cons

Pay Is very low. They claim in their interview and contract to give you a review and raise each year, but once that time comes they will give you ever excuse under the sun to not give you one. Favoritism, yes they have favorites and it doesn't matter how great you are and how hard you work, you won't get the same treatment as the people thy favor. The meetings and awards that are given are a joke. Shea one of the owners of TLE in Edison will only say hello to you when she's walking around with a child interview, don't expect her to acknowledge you any other time. Working there feels like a prison you are not allowed to leave your assigned room for any reason, going to the bathroom is a hassle. When your shift is almost over and they have no one to cover you they wait last minute to ask you to stay longer or they ignore your phone calls to the office and make you stay longer regardless, because you are not allowed to leave the room due to ratio. Needless to say it's not a good environment and I would never recommend anyone to work there.

Pros

Working with the children was the greatest part. The hours are decently flexible IF you have a great director. The food we had was always great (at times it was repetitive).

Cons

Expensive daycare and extremely overpriced for whats offered. Awful pay... It's a joke. No ability to advance past lead teacher. They lie about giving you a pay raise and then when it comes time if the company isn't profiting well, you get nothing. No appreciation from the company for all you do. The area manager we had kept firing the directors, so in the first year open we had 3 directors. They don't have recording cameras so it's your word against everyones. They only have a Director and a Business Manager so imagine the stress of needing to leave when ratios haven't dropped when its time to go home and nobody can help you... Absolutely NO benefits! (At least at my location)
