Pros

Pay is okay. They are using some people as teachers of 2-3 years are only getting paid 16/17, but they'll hire someone with no experience for 18....

Cons

If I could give negative stars, I would. All the cons are as followed: Liars. They lead you on thinking they are willing to help you grow within your career. They don't listen/trust their leadership. They definitely don't train-they'll say they're coming to train you but ends up on the phone for the entire time. We don't receive any supplies we ask for!! How are we supposed to execute and add a piece of our teaching if we are not given the requested tools??

Pros

I cannot think of a single pro.

Cons

We never got lunch breaks or ten-minute breaks on time, which we are not compensated for. At one point I asked for a break and was ignored and never given one. Some of the staff threatened others which created hostile work environment. There is constant gossip amongst the employees. And the owner, Sajel Patel, has been embezzling money from the families for YEARS. They also expect us to work off the clock on many occasions because they are unwilling to pay us any overtime. There are huge expectations for the teachers despite the fact that there is no time, supplies, or support. We also have had NUMEROUS licensing visits because of violation of the children's rights.
