The company culture is very fun, with lots great people and beautiful facilities. You will never go hungry working at The Mill and will be very comfortable in the office...sometimes too comfortable! Lots of exciting work being done here and the company prides itself on growing people internally which is a huge plus.

Cons

Employees here work very long and grueling hours at times due to tight deadlines and sometimes dealing with challenging clients.
