Pros

Great team atmosphere, supportive leadership team, very caring and concerned for you and your well being. Free "healthy" snacks are provided (make sure you walk around some though or it'll go to your waist, haha!) and they have a nursing room too. Everyone is very friendly and the company is in growth mode.

Cons

As an Account Executive it takes time to build up a book of business which can make it difficult to make ends meet when your first on board. The beginning pay is low and makes it difficult to survive.

Pros

Laid back work environment, but still about getting work done. I really like the people that I work with at ATG. We are cracking jokes all day, but like I said we are still getting work done! Job expectations are very clear, so that's a plus!

Cons

Honestly, there's not too much to say. Some days can be very busy and you're still expected to get all your work done in 8 hours, but that kind of stress is normal with any job I think.

Pros

The benefits and the fringe benefits are excellent. The training program is excellent and once you are on the floor alone, you never are alone. They are more than willing to help you and you are not judged because you need help. They provide wonderful customer service to the stores, customers and employees, as well.

Cons

The off site parking is kind of a pain, as sometimes you have to park several blocks away. (Good for the hips however).
