Snacks and hot sauce packets.

Cons

Walked into work today only to find out that I was part of the 60% they laid off. Lowes literally has no idea what they are doing with this compmany.

Free snacks, cutting health fruits and adding more fat snacks lately.

Cons

I'm 100% agreed with other's review about this company: "Tends to hire the cheapest employees, not the best employees, which creates an atmosphere and expectation of mediocrity". Management people just talk but don't do their jobs as expected as their paid, except for micro-managing. People know how to do the jobs are gone. The company is spending money to hire cheap people, it seems they try to fool the future employees/agencies that they are growing but in fact, they try to look for more people to replace the potential employees that quit.

Pros

The people are great, environment is very casual, depending on the department the culture is fun and lively

Cons

The President has been trying to turn the company around since she came on-board several years ago. She thought re-branding to a horrible name like The Mine would be a great idea however it has fell flat.
