Pros

Good pay w/ annual raises and bonuses, great benefits, somewhat flexible hours, company culture surrounding inter-department communication and transparency from upper management has improved greatly.

Cons

Don't expect much training except for on-the-job from your coworkers. This means that most people in the different departments have their own personal ways to do their work and most people have a fuzzy at best knowledge of the actual company procedures and policies. Employees who go above and beyond in the workplace are expected to continually pursue a higher standard of work quality while other employees are able to skate by and rely on their coworkers to handle their responsibilities, with little to no acknowledgement or repercussion from management. Managers seem to withhold as much information as possible, sometimes preventing employees from doing their jobs in the name of confidentiality. Overall a very stressful place to work if you are the type of person who becomes invested in your workplace and strives to succeed and advance. If you are the type of person who is comfortable with doing the absolute bare minimum of work, then this is the job for you.

Pros

Work is fairly easy and pretty self propelled. If you are good at multitasking and solving issues then its not a hard job. People that work there are mostly great to work with.

Cons

Management needs to get the sticks out of their ..... I have managed before and treating your employees like the scum of the earth is not a good way to keep them doing their job. Policies change constantly and some are made up on the spot when it was never there to begin with. There was never clear procedures on those forever changing polices either so one supervisor would have you do it one way, and the other would have you do it another. FAVORITISM is very HIGH at this company. There are many managers, supervisors, and employees that should not work their based on their attitude and work ethics however they let some of their hardest working and best employees go over one mistake, often something that is not even in policy are has no negative impact on the business what so ever. They say they are are open, listen, and try their best to work with you, but when you bring an issue to the table they ignore it or bury it as must as they can.

Pros

Great learning experience. They allow you to be a decision maker. For an entry level job you get exposed to lots of different aspects of the business. There was travel involved which was fun. The upper management had a true open door policy.

Cons

.The pay used to be way below market. Of course the labor market has recovered and I am not sure they still get quality candidates for the same price but the starting salary was really the major downside when I was there. That said raises were regular and relatively often.
