Pros

Fresh fruits and snacks everyday. Cool, relaxing break rooms with TVs to catch up on ESPN highlights. Free coffee and tea services. Cool relax areas with comfy furniture to unwind. People are cool and passionate about their jobs. News things to learn everyday. Can build a career here.

Cons

Technology is old and needs a lot of upgrading. Could use more leadership training. It would be great to add a gym.

Pros

The people are great, and there activities that include all the department's. A raise every year based on performances. Benefits are good

Cons

Parking is a joke, required to park on the street when their plenty of parking in the parking lot. Managers leave early sometimes for "mandatory meetings" when we see them all at the bar drinking. Expected to do more with the same pay, so you will work your department and all other departments because a manager doesn't know how to properly manage and in the end they fall behind.

Pros

Great people, snacks, flexible hours.

Cons

The system is poor, every single day a lots of issues... Instead making new sales you dealing with a lot of program issues internally. Favoritism and Nepotism, no leads, low pay and poor benefits 70/30. Upper management don't care about there employees. It is no opportunity to grow within a company.
