Pros

- Good pay - Decent benefits - Flexible schedule - Remote - Interesting technical problems

Cons

- No product direction - Mountains of technical debt that keep growing - Leadership is all aboard the AI hype train but has no idea what they want from it - Senior leadership is more concerned with being the smartest person in the room than actually achieving anything - General "not my problem" mentality

Pros

Still some great people left working here Flexible hours (and vacation for those allowed take it)

Cons

CEO only wants to talk about AI instead of what actually makes his company money CEO offers exit package to anyone that questions him When employees leave, they aren't replaced and other just made to work harder More AI contractors hired instead of backfilling exit positions

Company Imploded - Do Not Work Here

Pros

None any longer. The tragic downfall of a once-great company once the CEO no longer had to look people in the eye.

Cons

The CEO has hired a shadow team of sociopathic consultants who have destroyed the company entirely. Do not work here, you will regret it.
