CEO surrounded by “yes” people Zero clue how to run an RIA/Wealth management business. Zero. Chasing the next hot thing which right now is AI all while losing sight of the core competencies of the businesses and practices that made The Fool a great company to work for.

Up until a year ago this place was a great place to work. Amazing to be frank. We transitioned from old legacy systems to AWS and we were really making strides implementing newer forward looking technology.

Cons

The CTO bad mouths leadership and his colleagues non-stop. He believes his ideas are the only good ones and is often disconnected from what the teams are actually accomplishing. Take this for what its worth i would do my homework on the CTO and his prior work experiences and why he left. Needless to say i was let go a week ago along with many other members of his organization because he didnt think we had what it takes to get to the next level. He never even laid out what the next level was or is. A complete joke of an organization and the leadership team changes their minds non-stop.
