Pros

N2 provides great opportunity for advancement and income. The schedule is very flexible and the business model is always improving because they always solicit feedback from their people. The product has a niche that distinctively separates itself from other mediums in the advertising industry. The residual income is great, too. Sales cycles are short. There perks of being able to barter. Solid ongoing training program with national conferences and weekly conference calls.

Cons

People have to work hard at it. There are always changes going on at the company so people need to continually adapt to new procedures and programs, which at times can be frustrating.

Pros

If you have the self discipline to manage yourself, you can do very well. If you need someone looking over your shoulder telling you what to do, you will not make it. Many Area Directors do very well, and you can call them and ask about their experience. Most are very willing to share openly.

Cons

The company is growing quickly, and some of the leaders are too busy to give proper attention to people or to fix frustrating issues. That said, I think the frustrations here are typical of those found at other growing organizations.

Pros

Flexible schedule (that's really the only positive thing I can say about the Area Director position at N2 Publishing). End.

Cons

Company sponsored prayer sessions, where attendance is taken. A one year territory agreement, that, after expiration, the company reserves the right to remove you, and replace you with whomever they choose. By the way, that agreement does not include any language about costs of printing your publication, leaving the company to make adjustments whenever they choose to.
