You have an uncapped earning potential. You have complete schedule flexibility. The training program is comprehensive and is the same program the top performers are using. The company culture is collaborative, supportive, and encouraging. The upper management is accessible and responsive. The company is run with and promotes high values. Sales create a recurring revenue stream There are opportunities to rise into the leadership team. The company average is well over 10K per month for each area director.

Cons

While this is not necessarily a con it should be noted that this role does require some cold calling to establish new business contacts. If you are not self motivated then this is not a role for you.
