The shift to being fully remote has made it more challenging to build the same level of personal connection with team members that came naturally when we all worked in the same office.

The owner seems like a funny and smart guy.

Cons

Everything else. The market is oversaturated. They are robots that want you to believe that every area is the same. You are supposed to regurgitate their words at all times. It’s not sales. It’s cold calling and repeating words trying to get people to say yes w/o giving them a chance to think.
