Company really makes you feel seen. Feels like you are part of a family.

Cons

Some properties get better treatment financially. Getting files approved (to earn your bonus) is a nightmare. Compliance is inconsistent.

Horrible pay, don’t keep their word, no reward for going above and beyond, not even a “thank you”, no flexibility, Employee bff interpersonal preference between boss and specific employee neglecting the rest of the team, unsupportive and unsympathetic of employee’s struggles, and rude among other things. I would never recommend anyone to work here. Do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can.
